All postage information and any personal information is private and we will not share your information with third parties. Your information will not be shared, stored or used in any way.

 If you would like to return an item, please provide proof of postage within 14 days. We currently do not pay for return shipping labels, please pay for postage. You will receive a full refund if the goods are unmarked and undamaged. If there is a problem with an item you have received, please send pictures as soon as possible so that an exchange can be arranged. Email julie@julies-boutique.co.uk

Please note: All garments posted out will have a security tag attached. Returns will no be accepted on garments with tag removed.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you can use our 'Guest Checkout' option if you would prefer not to set up an account with us, but we'll offer you the option of setting up a password when you confirm your order if you change your mind. All of your details will be saved securely in 'My Account' for you to amend at any time.
